Love servicing my clients in Pembroke Falls, unfortunately the one star review stems from the Lady at the Taft Street Gate, We all Know who I’m talking about. Always an issue or attitude for the past 5 years I’ve been cleaning roofs in Pembroke Falls. Today was last Straw. Do Better, Management. She does not reciprocate politeness. GET HER OUT!! This HOA comunity is Wow, the staff amazing, respecful and they welcome you. The facility is luxury by itself, nice people surrounding by. People may enjoy the pool, tenis' clases and more. We require invitation or being an owner friend 😇🤪 This time we just played a tennis game, there are some fields and if the available, you may play or just wait. The facility has survelliance cameras, vending machines, benchs, fields and more. Restrooms are clean, just sign up and enjoy.

The worst HOA company in the world been living here for 4 months and they still haven't updated my address at the gates. I've called, emailed went to the club house several times just for them to give me run arounds and never a complete answer.What an embarrassment when my visitors come they can't even be let into my neighborhood because the "System isn't updated". A joke of a home owners association. This has been the worst experience please think about this before moving in this community!!! They made a pregnant women walk to a gate to pick up uber eats because the "system still isn't updated" and whoever works the gates lack common sense. Throw away the whole staff!

For the most part, it is a decent community with a great pool. The average monthly HOA fee runs about $264 a month, but the gates are always broken, they're not strict on the rules as far as requiring homeowners to keep their homes and roofs clean or lawns cut, the water pumps always seem to be broken so dead lawns are pretty common, there are potholes appearing in the roads that go without repair for long periods of time, and I even have a neighbor who for the past 2 years has been allowed to have window a/c units hanging from his second floor for all to see. It looks more like a Motel6 than someone's home. I've reported it several times, still nothing done. Since the hurricane 5 months ago, we still have homes with fences that are knocked down just laying in the swale. The HOA/Castle Group does not respond to phone calls or email. Every year since I've moved here, the HOA fee has increased but nothing has changed. In 2017 our HOA increased $20 per month for new mailboxes. We still have not received them.
